1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PortfolioHub ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated by PortfolioHub Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Paddle Merchant of Record & Subscriptions

Our order process and payment processing are conducted by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our subscription orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries, billing inquiries, tax/VAT collection, credit card processing, and returns.

PortfolioHub offers subscription plans: Basic ($5.99/mo) allowing up to 2 portfolios with basic templates; Pro ($14.99/mo) allowing up to 5 portfolios with access to all templates; and VIP ($29.99/mo) including custom domain routing (yourdomain.com), all templates, and premium features. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date via your dashboard billing page.

All new subscriptions include a 1-day free trial. Payment card details are collected prior to trial start via Paddle. We offer a 7-day 100% money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions.

3. Portfolio Publishing & Lapsed Status

Your portfolio URL (e.g. portfoliohub.samikhan.space/p/[slug] or custom subdomain) remains active and publicly accessible only while your subscription is in good standing (Trial, Active). If a subscription lapses due to non-payment or cancellation, your public page will transition to an offline state (/p/[slug]/offline) rather than returning a 404 error.

4. User Content & Acceptable Use

You retain all ownership of the images, text, and data uploaded to your portfolio. You represent that you own or have necessary licenses for all published content. Content containing illegal material, malware, harassment, or trademark infringement will be terminated immediately.
